Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies
What I love about cookies is that they’re so easy and quick to make!
Vegan
baking isn’t all that different from traditional baking. By swapping out just a
few ingredients and making some minor adjustments, we’ve created vegan
chocolate chip cookies that are sweet, chewy and tasty. A few days ago, I had
fun making vegan cookies, with my friends we had a cookie/film night.
It's
getting gold, I would advise you to make cookies with your friends and hot
chocolates and get warm.
🕔 Prep time: 15 minutes 🍴 Cook time: 12 minutes Skill: easy Servings: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 160g plain four
- 50g unrefined sugar (cane sugar, whole sugar, etc)
- 65g oil (choice: grape seed, sunflower oil, olive oil...)
- 7 to 8 cl vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch unrefined salt
- 100g chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°.Pour the flour, salt, sugar, yeast and baking soda into a bowl.
Add the oil, vegetable milk and chocolate chips. Mix the dough to make it soft and homogeneous. If it seems too dry, add a little water or milk (one teaspoon to one tablespoon).
Form balls and place them on a lined baking sheet, keeping a space between each. Flatten them with the palm of your hand. Plant a few chocolate chips in each cookie if desired.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes in a rotating heat oven (10 minutes may be enough otherwise). They should be lightly browned on the sides.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool for about ten minutes.
