Giant Chocolate Chips Cookie

So, how about a GIANT COOKIE? Just for you? Unless you prefer to share it with your friends...

I’ve been wanting to make a giant cookies for some time now, and this weekend my patience ran out.

I chose to make this cookie with kinder in it but it is also possible with nutella or something else. 

Indeed, you can decorate a giant cookie with chocolate chips, dried cranberries, nuts and serve with scoops of ice cream or for the greedy ones think of M&M's

The big surprise was how AMAZING cookies tasted.

Ingredients:

• 250g butter, 

• 350g sugar

• 350g plain four

• 3 eggs

• 300g chocolate chips

• 250g kinder

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix together the soft butter, suger and eggs. Pour in the flour and chocolate chips, mix until you obtain a homogeneous thick dough

Butter the mould, then fill it with half of the cookie dough.

Then place the Kinder in a circle at the bottom of the mould and cover them with the other half of the cookie dough

Bake for 25 minutes, and let cool before eating, warm or cold.
